Help owners find your shop.

Approved shop professionals can submit their shop details for review for the public directory. Each listing receives a separate review before publication.

Pass knowledge on to owners.

Approved members can contribute articles to Rivet-Ed, sharing practical experience with trailer owners through public guides.

Professional discussions, shared references, shop chat, and Rivet-Ed contributions are available to approved members. Public shop listings are for repair and modification businesses; vendor and supplier participation does not automatically create a shop listing.

The Rivet Collective is an independent professional community. No ownership, endorsement, authorization, or certification by Airstream is implied for the collective or its listed shops.

Who can request access?

  • Independent shops specializing in Airstream and other riveted trailer repairs, maintenance, and modifications.
  • Technicians affiliated with an independent shop.
  • Vendor and supplier representatives.

Shop owners, operators, managers, and authorized representatives are welcome to apply. Tell us which business you represent. Technicians identify their affiliated shop, and vendor and supplier representatives identify their business.

Airstream owners and other trailer owners can browse the shop directory and read Rivet-Ed without an account.

How joining works

  1. Tell us about yourself, your business, and your professional role.
  2. Our team reviews your request and follows up about next steps.
  3. Once approved, you receive instructions for accessing the professional community.

Requesting access does not automatically publish a shop listing. Shop details receive a separate review.
